Editor's Pick, Consignment Shop: Carolina Closet

By Gracie Bryant

If you’re preparing for a job interview or need to revamp your closet for your summer internship, check out the UofSC Carolina Closet! Carolina Closet was created in September 2020 by Student Government as a resource for all students to have access to business professional clothing. With a valid CarolinaCard, students can take five clothing items per semester for free. Items rotate based on donations from local organizations, residents and students, but the selection can include everything from dresses, blouses, pants, collared shirts and more.

The Carolina Closet is currently located in the Career Center, with the occasional on-campus pop-up shop or donation call. The best way to stay up-to-date on hours and location is by following their Instagram, @uofsc_closet. You can also sign up to volunteer at the closet by visiting the link in their bio. Save money, level-up your attire, and support a UofSC initiative by visiting the Carolina Closet today!
